Login to the NPA Media Group Australia Manage Portal 

Select the My Services Link from the Main Menu.

Select your mailbox

Select Change Password from the Actions Menu

Enter your new password and confirm your new password

Ensure to press the Save Changes button

You can also use the Generate Password option, this will generate a random password for your account.
