The “.gay Rights Protections” policy found here, exists to establish .gay as a gay-friendly internet space. This policy exists to discourage homophobic, anti-LGBTQ usage and provide specific remedies for domains that intentionally use .gay to malign or harm LGBTQ individuals or groups.
While Top Level Design, the .gay registry, is unable to monitor all content hosted on .gay domains in real-time for compliance, it will accept and investigate complaints in accordance with this policy.
If you believe content hosted on a .gay domain name is violating the .gay Rights Protection policy, you can contact Top Level Design at abuse@toplevel.design to raise a complaint. Please include the domain name and a summary of the violation in your email report, as well as any details or evidence that supports your complaint.
